Aiply (operated by SYNAPTIVE) respects the rights of creators and strictly prohibits intellectual property infringement. As an Online Service Provider (OSP), we comply with the U.S. DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation.

1. How to Report Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

Send an email to our Designated Agent: with the 6 statutory elements:

  3. Complaining party's legal contact information.
  4. Good faith belief statement.
  5. Penalty of perjury statement of accuracy and authorization.

2. Counter-Notice for Removed Content
