Protecting the Aiply Fandom Ecosystem
Aiply is a global music platform built on genuine fan-artist relationships. Disrupting this ecosystem will result in immediate permanent account suspension and complete forfeiture of all Points and Notes.
Prohibited: View-botting, macros, fake streams, multi-account Sybil attacks, support fund farming, and inducing off-platform cashouts.
Prohibited: Unauthorized AI voice cloning, deepfakes, copyright infringement, illegal sampling, and impersonation.
Prohibited: Hate speech, harassment, cyberbullying, defamation, and doxxing.
Prohibited: CSAM (zero tolerance, reported to law enforcement), non-consensual sexual content, and violence.
Violation penalties: Immediate content takedown, feature restrictions, permanent ban, and complete nullification (reduction to 0) of all Points, Notes, and pending creator funds without refund.

매크로, 뷰봇팅, 허위 스트리밍, 다중 부계정(시빌 공격)을 통한 허위 후원, 무음 파일 대량 업로드를 통한 지원금 파밍, 외부 현금화 유도를 엄격히 금지합니다.
서면 동의 없는 무단 보이스 클로닝(딥페이크), 무단 샘플링, 타인 사칭 행위는 적발 즉시 영구 정지됩니다.
차별 및 혐오 발언, 사이버 불링, 개인정보 무단 유포(신상 털기)를 금지합니다.
아동 성착취물(CSAM 무관용 즉각 수사기관 고발), 노골적인 음란물 및 폭력 콘텐츠를 금지합니다.
제재 조치: 콘텐츠 즉각 삭제, 기능 제한, 영구 정지 및 부당 획득된 모든 포인트와 한정판 사운드 뱃지(노트) 전액 0원 소멸(무효화).

無断ボイスクローニング、ディープフェイク、違法サンプリング、なりすましは即時永久停止の対象です。
ヘイトスピーチ、誹謗中傷、サイバーバリング、個人情報流布を禁止します。
児童保護違反（CSAMは即時警察通告）、露骨な成人・暴力コンテンツを禁止します。
違反アカウントは永久停止され、蓄積されたすべてのポイント・ノート・支援金は直ちに0円として無効化されます。

Verstöße führen zur sofortigen Sperre und zum vollständigen ersatzlosen Verfall aller Punkte und Noten.

Tolerancia cero ante contenidos que vulneren la infancia (CSAM reportado a la policía) y violencia extrema.
Suspensión definitiva de cuenta y anulación irrevocable de Puntos, Notas y fondos a cero.
Proibido: Inflar reproduções via bots, uso de contas falsas para forjar apoios e monetização indevida.
Tolerância zero para clonagem vocal sem autorização, deepfakes, plágio e usurpação de perfis.
Proibidos discurso de ódio, assédio, linchamento virtual e exposição de dados pessoais.
Tolerância zero a abusos infantis (CSAM com denúncia imediata) e apologia à violência.
Banimento permanente com perda definitiva e zeramento de todos os Pontos e Notas.
