- Users may access public tracks without registration; additional personalization (saving favorites, custom playlists, creator publishing) requires authentication.
3. Intellectual Property & AI Generation Terms
- All AI-generated tracks provided directly by AIPLY are offered for personal listening and non-commercial enjoyment.
- Commercial licensing or redistribution must comply with the creator guidelines and applicable copyright agreements.
- Users uploading audio content certify that their tracks do not infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in automated scraping, unlawful extraction of audio binaries, harassment in chat lounges, or reverse engineering of the AIPLY platform.
